Security Storm Damage to a Floor and Walls

The massive snowstorm dumped snow on the outside of this house in Security that was vacant awaiting a sale. The heating level was too low and a frozen pipe burst, spilling water into this area of the structure. Luckily, it was discovered quickly, and SERVPRO of South Colorado Springs was called in to restore order swiftly to get the house back on the market. The cupping of the top planks rendered them non-salvageable. Our team demoed the floor, and some of the walls before a reconstruction of these elements could occur.
