Water Heater Damage From Apartment Above

The majority of the damage seen in the before photo is the ceiling tiles and insulation that fell to the floor.  This was the result of a hot water heater failure from the apartment above.  All things considered, the apartment where the water heater failed suffered little more then wet carpets.  Obviously the residents in the apartment below were not as lucky as their neighbors above. The bright side of this story is the building manager knew exactly who to call.  719-574-2789 and within a couple hours it was "Like it never even happened."  Who ya gonna call???  SERVPRO!
