Sink supply line burst - Security, CO

An office manager from a local business in Security called us when they noticed water slowly leaking from underneath a maintenance door at the end of their hallway.

The janitor's sink inside the closet suffered a supply line leak, water under pressure was flowing from the supply line onto the floor and the water gradually worked its way into the hallway area.

Fortunately the cleanup for this loss was very easy, it involved removing the affected carpet and pad to allow the subfloor to dry properly.  We were able to salvage the drywall by installing drying equipment quickly as well as applying an anti-microbial agent to the affected area to discourage mold growth.
