Dishwasher wastewater discharge leak destroys kitchen

We received a call from a customer in Manitou Springs who started to notice his kitchen tile discoloring and couldn't figure out why.  Our technician took moisture measurements using a non-intrusive moisture meter and discovered a hidden trail of water leading back to the dishwasher discharge line.

It had developed a small leak in the line and water had slowly migrated under the tile of much of the kitchen.  Because of the extent of the water and the fact it carried with it contaminated water it was necessary to remove the tile to dry and sanitize the subfloor.
