Storm Water Barrier in a Colorado Springs Closet
The Before Photo is the work in progress after the standing water from the storm has been removed. The contaminated water wicked into the insulation after penetrating the drywall resulting in a partial "flood cut." Notice the clothing of the client is covered in plastic sheeting to keep out moisture and the risk of pathogenic migration. The shop-vac cleaned up the floor and cavity (after the drying had been completed) so that new batten could be installed in the wall. Careful sanitizing was completed with the proper agent to ensure a complete restoration and a safe environment. Rely on SERVPRO of South Colorado Springs to safely and economically complete the job and make the customer feel "Like it never even happened."
