Dorman Properties Commercial Loss in Colorado Spri

Illustrated in this picture is a commercial water damage loss in Colorado Springs for this property management company in December of 2012. The water was removed by our SERVPRO of South Colorado Springs Water Remediation Technicians (WRT) in quick fashion. Before we could dry out the wooden plank flooring, we had to discard two upper layers composed of vinyl and carpeting. We placed over twenty pieces of equipment including air movers, dehumidifiers, and desiccant dehumidifiers to extract the remaining water and moisture. One tenant refused to close down during this commercial water damaging event, so we were forced to remove all this equipment each morning and reset it every evening. We succeeded in restoring this commercial property much to the relief of Dorman Properties Management Company.
